Fence Wash

Over time, mold & mildew can accumulate and erode fence posts and railings which can weaken and even start to rot the fence. Regular fence washing is a great way to improve the overall lifespan of your fence and ensure your fence is looking neat & tidy.

If you are wanting to stain your fence, it is recommended to have your fence washed prior to this to ensure any contaminants on the surface are well removed. We recommend staining after washing to effectively protect & preserve your fence.

What to Expect

On Arrival:

Our team will inspect the areas to be washed for any areas of concern or health & safety risks. If you have any additional areas you want cleaned, ask our friendly team member & they will price you on site.

During the Job:

We apply a chemical solution to the fence area and allow this to sit for a few minutes. We then evenly wash the surface and rinse the remaining solution off to reveal the clean fence beneath.

On Completion:

An invoice along with before & after images will be emailed to you. Your electronic method for payment will be charged upon completion.

Length of Job:

This depends on the length, condition and accessibility to the fence. Usually it takes between 4-6 hours for a full fence wash. If staining or painting is needed, then this will take a number of days as we need to allow the fence to fully dry before applying stain/paint.

Safety:

The safety of you and our team are paramount to us. We kindly ask that areas around our equipment are vacant e.g. around ladders. We also ask that you keep an eye on children who may be tempted to play around the area just to ensure everyone is safe.

A Note to the Homeowner:

  • Remove any clothes from the clothesline if they are near the fence to be washed

  • Move items you do not want to get wet indoors or out of the way
