Deck & Patio Wash
A deck or patio is a great place to entertain family and friends during those warm Summer evenings. However, because these are usually exposed to the weather conditions, they are susceptible to possible damages from the outside.
Water can often penetrate into the wood and cause a build up of mildew, moss & mold which can lead to wood rotting. This can make your entertainment spaces look dull and lifeless. Leaving debris, dust and other contaminants to sit and seep into the surface can also lead to stains.
Having your entertainment areas cleaned by our professionals ensures that your deck or patio is in great condition for when Summer makes its way around again. It also ensures that you are able to preserve the beauty and structure of these areas.

Our top 4 reasons to have your entertainment areas washed
What to Expect
Our team will inspect the areas to be washed for any areas of concern or health & safety risks. If you have any additional areas you want cleaned, ask our friendly team member & they will price you on site.
During the Job:
We apply a chemical solution to the surface area and allow this to sit for a few minutes. We then evenly wash the surface and rinse the remaining solution off to reveal a clean decking beneath.
An invoice along with before & after images will be emailed to you. Your electronic method for payment will be charged upon completion.
Length of Job:
For a standard sized deck, it can take anywhere between 2-4 hours to complete the service. If staining or sealing is involved, then this will take days as we need to allow the deck to completely dry before applying a stain or sealant.
The safety of you and our team are paramount to us. We kindly ask that areas around our equipment are vacant e.g. around ladders. We also ask that you keep an eye on children who may be tempted to play around the area just to ensure everyone is safe.
A Note to the Homeowner:
Ensure any windows facing the deck are closed & any clothes nearby are removed from the clothesline
Move items you do not want to get wet indoors or out of the way
